Inspired by the big theatrical success STOMP, Street Beat KIDZ present an assembly program of ‘found’ percussion.  
Their message:
“When every thing becomes percussive, that can carry over into the way we live our lives – everything has possibilities beyond its limits.”
 Arts Learning Plan:
Students will learn the elements of percussion, how to recycle and how to be creative with the use of left over items. Our assemblies allow students to understand musical concepts such as steady beat, stage presence & energy.  Our instructional time allow students to learn, use and understand musical concepts such as steady beat, subdividing & counting, syncopation, stage presence & energy. We compare and contrast tempi, meters etc. and work collectively toward a short performance.
